Scientific review on dioxins and furans in cow milk and dairy products

Food is one of the most important exposure pathways to polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs), with cow milk and dairy products as relevant contributors. Prof. Domingo recently reviewed the scientific information on the concentrations of PCDD/Fs in milk and dairy products and published his results in the International Journal of Dairy Technology.
