Nieves González, successfully defended her doctoral thesis on 12th June 2020. She obtained the maximum qualification Excellent Cum Laude.
Title: "Exposure assessment to bisphenols: combining biomonitoring and duplicate diet studies".

The Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation has just published the Provisional Resolution Proposal of the 2019 call for "R + D + i Projects", within the framework of the Programs States of Knowledge Generation and Scientific and Technological Strengthening of the R + D + i System and R + D + i Oriented to the Challenges of Society, of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2017-2020.
The following proposals presented by TecnATox have been proposed for funding:
"Dementia and composition of the microbiota: The microbiota in demencies. Is it possible to revert the sympotoms of dementia by reverting the composition of the microbiota?" PI: Dr. Margarita Torrente.
"Early exposure to chemical substances through textile materials: health risk assessment" PI: Dr. Martí Nadal.
Coinciding with the midpoint of the EASIMS project, the seven European entities that make up the consortium meet to discuss the objectives and activities to be carried out during the year 2020.
