In summer, salads are great, both for lunch and dinner. The most convenient and practical way to prepare it is when it comes packed in a bag, already "clean" and cut. It's as simple as opening the package, pouring it on the plate and dressing it. However, this practice has some inconveniences. The NGO Justícia Alimentaria has echoed a macro study commissioned by the French consumer magazine 60 Millions de Consommateurs, which reveals that most pakcaged salads contain pesticide residues.

Dr. Martí Nadal was interviewed by RAC1, the leading radio station in Catalonia, to talk about this issue. According to Dr. Nadal, "What they say in their documents and publications on social networks has all the scientific basis in the world.
